The water is vital for our health. However, the tap water is sometimes not safe to be consumed. This is so because fluoride is added to water, which is not safe at all. Moreover, the fluoride is a toxic substance which can be very harmful to our health. Thus, use some water filtration system to remove the fluoride and have a safe drinking water.
10. Your Chair
Being in a sedentary position for long time periods can cause harm to your health. Spending time on your chair can increase the risk of many diseases, such as heart diseases, colon and breast cancer and diabetes. You shouldn’t sit more than 3 hours a day and practice 1 minute standing for every 20 minutes sitting.
